Cancellation Policy

  • We operate a 12-hour cancellation policy.

  • If a class is cancelled 12 hours or more prior to the start time, the credit will be returned to your account.

  • If a class is cancelled within 12 hours, or if you fail to attend, the credit will be forfeited.

  • Exceptions are made only in extreme cases (e.g. sudden illness or hospitalization etc) and require written notice by email. Approval is at the sole discretion of the studio.

T&C's of Credit Purchases

  1. Expiry: All credits have a fixed expiry date, clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Expiry dates are final; no extensions or carry-overs are permitted.

  2. Refunds: Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where required by law.

  3. Attendance: Missed classes or late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) will result in the credit being deducted.

  4. Studio Rights: The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, credits will be returned to your account.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances: Requests for credit reinstatement due to emergencies must be submitted by email and will only be considered in genuine, extreme cases.

  6. Acceptance: By purchasing and using credits, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation Policy

Studio Etiquette

  1. Grippy Socks

    • For safety and hygiene reasons, all participants are required to wear grippy socks during class.

    • If you do not own a pair, grippy socks are available for purchase at the studio.

  2. Clothing

    • Please wear non-restrictive, comfortable clothing that allows for free movement.

    • Avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, or anything that may damage equipment.

  3. Personal Items

    • We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.

    • Please silence mobile phones and other devices during class to maintain a calm environment.

  4. Mindset

    • Sessions are intended to be restorative and focused. We encourage clients to arrive ready to switch off, relax, and dedicate time to themselves.
